10 Minutes Of This Exercise Burns More Calories Than 30 Minutes Of Jogging

Jogging is boring and energy-consuming. For most of us, it gives nothing but joint pain, injuries, sore knees and aching feet.

But, a simple 10-minute exercise can help you lose weight and look gorgeous.

All you need is a jumping rope.

  1. The whole-body workout

It involves every muscle in your body, including your abs, legs, arms, back, and shoulders.

  1. Burn calories

Work 10 minutes on your jumping rope, and you’ll get the similar effect as if you have jogged for an hour and a half.

  1. Better coordination

It improves reflexes, balance and coordination.

  1. Try something different

You can do it at any place and any time.

Extra tips:

Make sure your rope has a proper length and handles, and pay more attention to the material it’s made of.

Jump barefoot:

Keep your body straight, and look ahead. Bend your knees slightly, and keep your elbows near your body

Hold the rope with your fingers.

You should only spin your wrists.

Keep your heels off the ground, and don’t jump too high.

Once you master the movement, try crossover, single leg hop, and double turn.
