  • 7 cups filtered water
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (1-2 lemons)
  • ¾ fresh orange juice (3 oranges)
  • 1 cup 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened product)
  • ¼ tbsp. ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tbsp. ground ginger
  • ½ tbsp. ground cinnamon


Boil the water and stir in a cup of pure cranberry juice. Reduce the heat to low, and add in the nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon. Simmer for additional 20 minutes, while stirring the mixture all the time.

Take it off the heat, and let it cool at room temperature. Add in the citrus juices. Throw in a few ice cubes, and enjoy the healthiest drink ever.
