Yellow milk recipe:
- ¼ cup turmeric powder
- ½ tsp. ground pepper
- ½ cup filtered water
Cook the ingredients on a low heat until you get a thick paste. Let the mixture cool, and transfer it to a glass container. Store it in the fridge.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp. organic coconut oil
- ¼ tsp. turmeric paste (the one you prepared in Step 1)
Cook the ingredients in a saucepan on a low heat. Stir the ingredients non-stop to prevent them from ticking to the bottom of your saucepan. Once you finish cooking, let it cool at room temperature, and add honey to taste.
